I love the Biggest Loser! Last night on this show they talk about this book and I realized that when I am at the store or a restaurant I never know what to get. So when I was at the store today I saw this book and I was looking at it and I could not believe all the information in it. So if you see this book take a minute and look at it. I saw that show too! It sounded like an awesome book i was surprised at some of the "better" choices they were saying to eat. I should look for this book! Thanks for the great ideas!
I've been following that show too, I love it, especially the end when you see the person who was kicked off today and how good they look!
